At Flower of Life Home Care Co., we provide skilled and compassionate nursing for medically fragile children in the comfort of their home. Through Georgia’s Pediatric Program (GAPP), our care is at no cost to families—bringing peace of mind, professional support, and loving attention to children ages 6 months to 21 years.

BEGIN SERVICES
Begin Services – Once approved, care begins at no cost to your family through GAPP.

Insurance Accepted
Our services are covered through the Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP), which means families never pay out-of-pocket for eligible children.
​
GAPP is a Medicaid program that provides skilled nursing services in the home for medically fragile children. If your child is enrolled in Medicaid, they may qualify for our services.
